As a proud member of the Sigma Chi fraternity at New Mexico State University, Anthony participated in a variety of philanthropic events helping to raise funds for organizations such as the Huntsman Cancer Foundation. In last 25 years, He has successfully negotiated numerous Hospitality Brokerage transactions of full, limited and select service Hotels. As a developer, He has developed many Select & Limited Service and several Extended Stay Hotels on turn key basis throughout United States.

Mac received a bachelor’s degree from the University of California, Santa Barbara. Shortly after graduating, he became a broker in the state of California and began working specifically in hospitality. With a background in Sociology and a strong passion for working with people, Mac focuses on building long-term relationships and putting clients’ needs first. David Bowman has been in the hospitality industry for 17 years, after formerly being a certified public accountant with an international accounting firm. David has enjoyed growing his experience and belonging to several hospitality associations. He is currently the president of the California Lodging Industry Association (CLIA). David earned his B.S. from Purdue University, Krannert School of Management and his M.B.A. from Indiana University, Kelley School of Business.

Devesh “Devo” Ragha is a second-generation hotel owner and developer in his family. Graduated from UTA in 2002 as a Structural Engineer, he has completed many ground up builds and renovations for brands such as Choice Hotels International, and G6 hospitality. He has great affiliations with all major brands such as Marriott, Hilton, Choice Hotels, IHG, and G6 hospitality. As a hotel owner and commercial real estate agent, he brings immense value to his clients. He is focused throughout the US, assisting our clients with all their hotel needs and lodging transactional needs. Devesh has a long-lasting network of hoteliers throughout the nation from his love of the hotel industry. Devesh has been a secretary for Bhakta Samaj of Southwest region and is well known for his years of playing in the Indian volleyball tournaments. In 2020, Devesh gained his real estate license and became apart of NewGen Advisory family in 2022.

Dan is a co-founder and principal of NewGen Worldwide, LLC and its subsidiaries Green Card Fund, LLC and NewGen Advisory, LLC. Jigar “Jay” Desai joined the NewGen Advisory team of Arizona in 2017. He is focused throughout the Southwestern regions of Texas to California assisting our clients with all their hotel and lodging transactional needs. Jay has a unique ability to connect prospective buyers with sellers while focusing on and balancing the critical financial needs of both making him a true asset to any team and every client. Jay’s extensive background in the hotel industry has given him the insight to better understand the critical needs of his clients. Having grown up in the hotel industry, Jay’s ability to relate and understand the rigorous demands of hotel operations has provided the insight which has led to facilitate successful transactions. Furthermore, prior to joining the NewGen team, Jay was immersed into the financing and lending world with a large national bank which gave him the unique view into the lending world and provided the connections which allow his clients to seek out financing for even the most challenging assets. Jigar graduated from the University of Arizona in 2011 attaining a dual degree from Eller College of Management in Finance and Real Estate. King Jeremiah joined the NewGen Advisory team in Arizona with more than 30 years of experience in the hotel business. King brings a passion for hospitality, service, and a global perspective that is based on his work with hoteliers across the United States and more than 80 countries. King began his career in hospitality in his home country of Grenada, in the Caribbean. During his years at Berea College in Kentucky, he coupled his studies in Business Administration & Hotel Management with practical work experience at the historic Boone Tavern Hotel. After graduating with his Master’s degree from Eastern Kentucky University, King continued in the industry as the General Manager and Sales Director for a number of hotels in Kentucky. Starting in 2000, King joined Best Western Hotels and Resorts where he held a number of key corporate positions in Consulting, Branding, Training, and Quality Assurance for over 4000 hotels. Throughout his carrier, King has received a number of industry-leading designations which include Certified Hotel Administrator (CHA), Certified Hospitality Trainer (CHT), and Certification in Hotel Industry Analytics (CHIA). He is also actively involved in the hospitality industry and is a member of the National Association of Black Hotel Owners Operators and Developers (NABHOOD), Asian American Hotel Owners Association (AAHOA), and the Latino Hotel Association (LHA). King resides in Arizona with his wife and kids.

Kishan is a Business Communication graduate of W. P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University. He brings a wealth of business management knowledge from being around a hard-working family that owned a variety of businesses while growing up. This inspired him to create and manage his current disc jockey (DJ) business which has given him the opportunity to work with multi-million dollar corporate companies. Over the years he has found a passion for assisting in buying/selling rare classic cars which grew into larger assets such as hotels. Having extensive experience in market research sets him apart when searching for the perfect investment opportunity. He’s driven by putting the pieces together in a transaction and works closely with his clients to ensure a smooth closing.

Kishan Vashee is a motivated and dedicated real estate associate, committed to helping clients achieve their real estate goals. With a degree in Supply Chain Management from the University of Oklahoma, Kishan is a quick learner and a skilled problem solver. Born and raised in Mississauga, a suburb of Toronto, Canada, Kishan moved to the U.S in 2008 with his family who joined the hotel industry. Kishan gained valuable experience by helping to run the family hotel business in high school and later joined the business full-time after completing his business degree. Kishan has recently transitioned into the real estate industry and is excited to apply his skills and experience to help clients buy, sell, and lease properties. He has a deep understanding of the local real estate market and is committed to providing personalized service and attention to each of his clients. In his free time, Kishan enjoys a variety of hobbies including sports, music, movies, and food. Kyle is pleased to be a part of the Bowman Post Group of NewGen Advisory as a Hospitality Associate.
